- Please note that all guests must be travellers and present their original travel documents, such as passports, upon entry to the attraction. Guests must bring a hard copy of tickets downloaded from the website for entry.
- Kindly note that the tickets for this experience are not valid for the UAE residents.
- IMG tickets include access to Marvel/Lost Valley/Cartoon Network/IMG Boulevard.
- Opening and closing times are estimates and subject to change at IMGWOA's discretion.
- IMGWOA cannot guarantee that all rides and attractions will be available during a visit. Height restrictions and ticket requirements are also subject to change and can be confirmed upon arrival.
- Storage lockers available at park entrance for an additional charge.
- Wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Guest relations counters located in IMG.
- No refunds for partially used services.

Child policy
- Children under 3 years and under 1.05 metres in height are considered infants and have free entry.
- Children above 6 years and between 1.05 and 1.2 metres in height are considered children and are charged the child rate.
- Children above 1.2 metres in height are considered adults and are charged the adult rate.
